i read the book from the library and i just remembered something really interestin ursula said about aureliano buendia, that she realised that he was uncapable of loving...and that she should've figured it out because, before he was born, he was crying. it was somewhere near the end of the book.

if anyone has read the book and they could find this in it, would you please post it?

thanks

"I would not love thee half as much loved I not honour more."
I'm not even sure if the wording is correct, but I am trying to find it.
I have a feeling it comes from a poem.

"...and the time came when the risk it took to remain tight inside the bud became harder than the risk it took to bloom." --Anais Nin, author

It is one of my favorite quotes for my own personal reasons in regards to change, and how living my life to conform to society was harder in the end than the fear which I had to overcome to live my life the way I wanted to for myself (I'm a transsexual). Just curious as to know what this quote says to everyone else.
