He will use an unbrella and put a tarp over the sleigh so the presents wont get wet. Maybe wear a rain coat.

If it is raining , santa claus would deliver his presents wearing a raincoat!!!!!!

Are you kidding,have you seen the latest models in sleighs today. the newest models can take on any kind of weather and is available on a lease option plan, has a dome,all window defrost, auto pilot,can be made invisible for safety reasons(it is foreign made though,but what the heck . beats the old version they show on the night before Christmas books)

In order for the sleigh to get around to all those houses it'd have to move at close to light speed. The raindrops couldn't hit it.
