Most seniors don't have a clue how to look for a job.They graduate school and do not know what to do. They should be looking for work and have a promise of a job before they graduate high school if they are not going to college. Our schools fail the students this way. What do you think ?

I have a quick question. What is the correct way to write the word "lays" in past tense?

ok um I was on lunch break ok my friend who's a girl sent me a message on myspace ok anyways, I kind of came home for my lunch break to check it, I came home and kind of saw my dad with his clothes off, watching playboy and well masturbating in my room on my bed. he didn't expect me to come home and I saw everything. I kept quiet pretty much all day. I felt so idk how I felt but I kept quiet, I never thought he would I guess idk. After he saw I was in the room he went into the bathroom right away. I did what I had to, went out without saying anything and left. I forgot my cell came back and he tried to be really nice to me, he offered me $50 to keep my mouth shut to not tell my sister, but I didn't take it. I honestly don't know what to do I don;t know how to feel towards this. I'm pretty sure he's embarassed, I know I would be, i'm not that open to discuss what I do with him, I feel thats private, but idk please give honest answers, it's a personal situation. and it's not a joke.

I'm 14, and my score was 117.

I'm just curious as to where on the scale that is ... they didn't really give you anything that said "you're 34% above average", or "5% below average" or anything ...

so I'm just wondering whether that's good or not ...

Anyone who works at a Montessori School (Pre K) what is the rate of pay for a full time assistant? I know the rate will vary depending on area (I am in the Tampa Bay Area). The school is fairly large. I am just looking for a ballpark figure as I am interviewing tomorrow and have no idea the going rate.

I'm totally heartbroken! I don't want to be alive anymore! I just become more n more negative everyday!

All of my problems r caused by "English"~
* I'm really struggle at uni, I don't think I could handle the workload! Plus English reading + writing r so hard for me as English is my 2nd language!
(I'm actually doing a mature-age course so it's only part- time but I'm so tired everyday...) :(

* I live alone and parents r busy, friends r busy at work n uni... So I really have no one to talk to...and recently just told my tutor at uni, I had trouble in English...then he adviced me to contact with the co-ordinator. He's my tutor, shouldnt him care about his student? I feel no one care about me :(

* My tutor (outside uni) just told me today he can't take me anymore cos he has too many student already...(I really feel this is the end of the world when he told me) I know I will never pass this course without a tutor!!! And now it's hard to find one! :(
