Hiya, i am teaching students english at my home and i decided to try and incoporate some UK culture (if you can call it culture,,,sigh) into my lessons, for example am using a BIG BEN theme while am teaching them to tell the time in English, I come from scotland so naturally i want to add nessie to my lessons for fun, or haggis even and even some irish culture like shamrocks, but i am out of ideas, i will teach students basic English in a fun way with lots of games, and i want to teach them time,body parts,actions,ordering food, weather,days of the week etc,,,,my students are japanese and very young you see, so does anyone have any good ideas to spice up my lessons? I am also teaching them money (UK currency ) too. I have 2 kids of my own and its really hard to take the time to THINK over my lessons. thanks for any help.

could ome1 plz help me on how to write for the 10th cbse board exams....its day after tomorrow.....is there any teacher out there, who has evaluated 10th papers,who can help on some tips on what exactly to write and how----especially for social studies.....
do evaluaters look exactly for the textual words or do they give marks for normal words??....how is the evaluation done??...PLZ HELP ME

Does anyone have any good ideas on what to do with a class of either 5th or 6th graders for about 20 minutes? It has to do with french animals, which can include the noises they make. I am going to teach them a few animals and the noises they make, and then sing Old McDonald in French with them. If anyone knows, or can think of any good games that have something to do with french animals, and/or the noises that they make, it would be greatly appreciatied. Also, if you know any real french songs that have to do with animals and/or the noises they make, and it's not hard to learn, please tell me. If you have any other ideas I would love to hear them. Thxs!
