When I wear converse/slip on vans I mostly go without socks...cept for the winter. If you keep clean and don't run in them they really don't smell.
However, I run cross country and I always wear socks during that, but thats a given.

NO... i HAVE to have socks ON!! i really can not stand wearing shoes without socks... IT DRIVES ME CRAZY... and crazy when others do it!! But i do not wear socks with sandals... YUCK!! But usually when my shoes come off so do my socks... i really dislike wearing socks... unless like i said.. i got shoes on...

I prefer barefoot all the time but if I must wear closed shoes, socks are a must.
