I wrote this question yesterday, but I didn't make it clear enough.
So I would like to ask again.

Which one is correct ?

A: 3 wooden blocks with magnets
B: 3 wooden blocks with magnet

The phrase will not be used in a sentence, but in a manual to describe a product ; certain words like "blackboard", "12-pack of chalk" and also "wooden blocks with magnet"
(one magnet per block by the way)
point to different parts of the product with an arrow.

Would you still have to write "a" magnet in that case ?
C: 3 wooden blocks with a magnet

hello i am doing an essay which focuses upon the irish in the 19th century britain and crime. Are there any websites which would provide me statistics of crimes caused by the irish in britain during the 19th century (only the crimes in wales, england and scotland, as their crimes are linked with them leaving ireland to live in britian).
thanks

here is a short summary of what happens:

The odd neighbor who has a bad reputation, asks to spend the night at the main character's house (since the main character has a working fireplace and he does not). The main character agrees to let him sleep over, but around 3:00am concludes that she has made a horrible mistake.

So that's as far as I've gotten. I still need to figure out why she made a horrible mistake. Any ideas?

We're starting the book, and due to me taking two english classes, and two math classes, I have a lot of work/homework to do. To top it all of, they're all Honor classes, which means it's harder than most classes, and it's English 3 Honors; English 4 Honors; Algebra 3; And then Statistics....Grrr. So, please if you've read this book, I need just a short summary of what it's all about and mostly the MAIN important parts/characters of the story, thank you.

Mr. A is selling eggs and Mr. B wants to buy eggs.

If Mr. A sells the eggs for 56 cents each, then Mr. B will buy 80 of them.

Mr. A wants to raise the price of the eggs, but for every cent that he raises his price, the number of eggs Mr. B is willing to buy will drop by one.

For example if Mr. A raises the price to 57 cents each, then Mr. B will buy 79 eggs.
If Mr. A raises the price to 58 cents each, then Mr. B will buy only 78 eggs.

In order to get the most money from Mr. B, what price should Mr. A set for his eggs?

Okay so I am doing slope and y-intercepts and x-intercepts and all that jazz.
But I am having a problem finding the slope when given two points on the line.
I know the formula is this:
M = Y2 + Y1
_______________
X2 + X1

and yet I can't seem to figure it out.

Here are the questions I am having difficulty with:

A line which contains these points: (-3,3) &
(-8,-2) would have a slope of _________?
&
What is the slope of a line that with the points (2,4) and (4,-2)?

I am leaving today so I really need to get this done within the next hour or so...
So your help is GREATLY appreciated! Thank you SO much!

PS--when you give your answer can you please explain how you came up with it? Thanks!

I have to debate at school tomorrow so can someone please help me come up with a good arguement?

This is the subject;

The Galloway plan of union is hereby adopted. A Grand Council of the Americas is to be established. The acts of the council are subject to parliamentary review and veto, but acts of Parliament affecting the colonies are subject to the approval of the Grand Council. The council has authority over matters of defence, westward expansion, and indian relations. It could raise armies, build forts, and warships. It would pay its own expenses by levying taxes.

anyways, what my group is trying to get the people to vote for is yes. You have to make tham want to create the Galloway Plan of Union.

please help me, I have been busy with too many things so I couldn't come up with an arguement. 9_9
