What is the slope-intercept (the y= mx + b form) for the line that passes through (0,-3) and (6,0)? I think the slope is 1/2, but I am not sure what the rest of the equation is.

I have to do a poem 4 school and it is the months of the year.This is an example of what I have to do:March is the month of green with leoprocons the are so mean April is the month of showers I hope it will bring some flowers.
