The novel is about the struggle to fit into a normal society. Huck doesn't want to fit in necessarily and goes off on an adventure where people think he's died. In this way, he attempts to live completely free of society although he eventually finds his place.

His character is kind of sardonic, as he often questions why society is the way it is and just can't let him be the way he is. His humor is somewhat wry and his method of solving problems is direct (exact opposite of Tom Sawyer who makes elaborate plans that basically accomplish the same thing).

OR you can actually READ the book and think and try on your own rather than trying to get others to do your work... though that is a trait of one of the books characters.

Be well and good luck.

You could've read that book in 2 days, maybe a week since it's pretty boring. And how long ago were you assigned to read it? How do you know someone is not gonna give you a made-up answer? I was tempted to do that.

Read the book and quit trying to get other people to do your homework for you. It's a good book and you might even learn something if you try doing it on your own. Or did you procrastinate?
