Think about a topic that you really like and want to know more about. For example I had a baby when I was really young and since then I have a passion writing about teen pregnancy
You can develop it
1) introduction ( What is it and how this issue is becoming a more and more important in our society)
2) body (what cause it :what cause teens to get pregnant at such young age
How it affect our society
and the effect
what can we do to improve that (by giving a lot of options to teens for example sex education, abstinence, safe sex etc
There are so many things to say about this issue
Another can be Abortion which is another important issue also
and Smoking
These three are very easy if you put your mind to it and if you have a strong belief for them.
I hope I help
If you need more info let me know.
There are a thousands web site available for these topics

How about who you think will be the next President: what major messes Bush is leaving for the next guy to clean up: what strong personality traits the next person elected MUST possess: and , being that every President leaves behind things that they are known for, how or what lasting effects they will leave after they are long gone.
Just a suggestion :)
