ever since i was a little writer and needed to have some sources in my essays...i would always only put them in the middle of my essays. just a habit i guess. at times in the intro paragraph...but ive never done it in my conclusion. would there be a rule against this or is it totally cool? obviously it would be within context but ....you know? :-)

I am providing u with the old archetypes used in chaucers canterbary tales and i want the modern verion of it. Lke the knight- fireman.
1. Oxford clerk- "He has no preferment in he church, and he was too unwordly to make a search for secure employment..By his bed he preffered having 20 books in red"
2. Parson- "he also was a learned man, a clek, who truly knew christs gospel, would preach it devoulty to parishioners, and teach it"
3. Miller- "A great fellow big in brain and bone. He could heave any door off hinge and post or break anything with his head"
4. Plowman- "He was an honest woker good and true...for steadily about his work he went"
These are the old archetypes and i was wondering what would be the modern version of these..plz help
