My greatest strength is that I NEVER give up
My weakness is that I spread my self to thin to help other people and usually stress my self out
I would take care of the customer in front of me, see if there was someone else to handle the phone call, if not I would tell the Boss "be there in a minute.

1)WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST STRENGTHS? It means what it says,ie, what do you consider to be the thing you are best at doing? Are you a good talker, do you get along good with people, are you honest, do you like work, are you good in math or english. What are you the best at doing????

2)WHAT ARE YOUR GREATEST WEAKNESS? Again, this is stuff that you do not like, stuff that you are not good at.

3) IF YOU HAVE A CUSOMER IN FRONT OF YOU , A CLIENT ON THE PHONE , AND BOSS WHO WANTS TO SEE YOU ,WHAT DO YOU DO? If the customer in front of you was there before the phone rang, then politely put the person on hold and tell them that you are helping a person standing at your desk. If the person was on the phone first, then tell the person who just walked up that you will help them as soon as you get through with the phone call.
However, if you boss comes in, put the phone person and the customer who is at your desk on hold until the boss is taken care of.

To Q (3):
Offer the customer in front of you a seat. Excuse yourselves to answer the phone and tell the incoming caller that you will return her call after taking down her telephone no. Inform your boss via email that you have a customer in front of you to attend to and ask if you could see him after you have attended to customer's needs. Come back and attend to the customer in front of you. Thereafter, give a return call to your client before going to see your boss. Your boss being a reasonable person will understand. If he needed you urgently, you could ask a colleague to attend to the customer in front of you while you excuse yourselves to met your boss. If the client calling in has informed you that she need urgent attention, you should attend to him first as you do not want to lose a client. No customer, no boss.
