plug in values for y, calculate related values of x

set up a graph with x and y axis

put dots at the point corresponding to the x y pairs you just calculated

connect the dots.

Therefore, the centre of the circle is (9,-7) and its radius is 6 units.
Plot the point (9, -7) on the graph. Draw a circle of 6 units radius around the point. If it helps, pick 4 points on the circle and then join em. (9, -1), (9, -13), (3, -7), (15, -7)...

this is the general form of a cirle:
(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2
this it is a cirle with centre (9,-7) and radius 6 cms.
