Ha, I'm in the same boat-- it's finals week and I have 2 papers due tomorrow. I'm currently wired on diet coke and I have my air conditioner cranked full blast. Try taking breaks every so often, get up and stretch, all that good stuff. Good luck with everything!

Caffeine, take little breaks every so often to stretch, get your heartrate up with a little bit of cardio (jumping jacks, in-place jogging - but make sure you're quiet). Usually, most people are wide awake after they reach 3 AM, so just last until then. Good luck!

Keep your blood sugar level even. Avoid food that will raise it sky high, because when you have a sugar crash shortly after you will have difficulty staying awake. brown fullcorn breads, pasta etc. Fresh air is good as well. When you find yourself getting tired you can jump about with the window open. Good luck.

If you did not have too much time, why were you here asking this question, and not doing your lesson? and why did you wait until now to do these?
I always thought sleep is very important before the test. I'd rather get enough sleep than study (unless you have projects, homeworks that you need to submit tomorrow?)
Good luck!!!
