TELL ME with EXAMPLE:
1)discribe your strongest communication skill.?
Tell me about reading and writng skill.
2) Tell me about your failuers and what you learned about it?
tell me with example.
3) Are you a creative?
plz give example

I AM A ELECTRONICS STUDENT.I dont know how to answer properly the above question.

1. Think of a report you successfully wrote or presented. What made it successful? What steps did you take to make sure it would be successful?
Translate that into for example: "I had a PowerPoint presentation file that became corrupted. Thankfully, I had practiced my presentation beforehand. Since I no longer had slides, I drew on the chalkboard to illustrate concepts. I maintained composure through it all because I knew the concepts thoroughly, and I was well-prepared. I got an A on the assignment, even without my technological aide!"

2. Outline your greatest successes, either professional, academically, or personally. From these, pick parts that really failed. These are the best to highlight as they actually point to a success! Tricky!
For example, You created a computer program that did completely the wrong thing. However, from correctly doing the wrong thing you still learned a great deal , such as (fill in the blank____). In the end, you finished the correct assignement with a great grade!

3. "Yes, I am creative!" Be confident. Everyone is creative. It can be creative in the arts, problem solving, teaching, inventing, etc....
If you still don't know, pick some things you have accomplished personally, professionally, or academically. Then look at how you met your goals in a way that other people may not have thought of. That's creative!

Give short, concice, positive answers. Like a dictionary, but with excitement!

I have done this many times...ok let's start. ( just my opinion).
1). I am a people person. I know how to listen, and I pay attention
to my client's needs.
2). I love to read,it gives me knowledge, and I love to learn new
things. I write legible. I have written essays, etc...
3). I may have failed to listen to my gut instincts, when I needed
to, but now I listen. I try to learn from my mistakes, and not
repeat them.
4). give an example of something you made, woodwork, anything
MOSTLY, say you are creative in the fact that you like to
problem solve. That you try to figure out possibly new ways to
approach something.
THAT...should help out.....hope you get the best job.
