I have to do a merketing report so guts help me out here i have to choose a product that appeared in the market recently.So i need u guys to advise me what to choose

Question:
2x^2+10x-4=0




I know that you have to divide all by 2-----making it:

x^2+5x-2=0

then move it over:

x^2+5=2

then:

Add (1/2 coeff of x)^2

which makes it----(1/2(5))^2=25/4^2

but that just can't be right....can you help me out?

so one of my classes this year deals strictly with the civil war and throughout the semester we go through the battles fairly quickly. we also have HUGE quizzes on multiple battles at a time but we have no book and have to rely on movies in class and presentations by fellow classmates for the material. i just cant absorb this stuff. a book would help but thats not possible. does anyone have suggestions for going about studying all the battles in 1862 and remembering the generals, and who won the battles? i want to study now but i only have the internet as a source. please help????

The problem is Sketch one period in the positive direction and one in the negative direction for each function.

1. y=3sinx
2. y=3sin2x
3. y=3sin2x+1
4. y=3sinx/2+1
5. y=3sinx/2-1
6. y=5sin(x-pi)
7. y=5sin(x+pi)
8. y=1/3cos(x+pi/2)

Can some please give me the x and y values for all of these, or tell me how to do these problems. Do i have to graph these. I just need to know how to do these. :(
