I know I do NOT want to be a teacher, but I will if I have to be. I definitely don't want to teach anything lower than college. Again, if I must. I've always been pretty good at composing my own music and I saw that some colleges provide a major in composing. I thought about this a while ago, as I also thought about going into performance, but I just don't know what kind of jobs I can get with composing. I'd like a steady job that I know I wouldn't have to worry about money. I'm only a senior in high school so I have at least a year (if that) to think about it.
So in short: How sensible would it be to go into composing?

The measures of the angles of a triangle are in the ratio 2:3:5. The degree measure of the smallest angle of the triangle is
(1)9
(2) 18
(3) 36
(4) 40

If the degree measures of the angles of a triangle are represented by x, y, and x + y, the triangle must be
(1) isosceles
(2) right
(3) equilateral
(4) scalene

Thank you and Good Luck!

I am in the process of reading The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand. I am also going to listen to the audio book when I am finished reading it. I am writing notes on it so i can study it without having to read it for a third time. BUT. Im new at AP (advanced placement) classes and never had a summer reading assignment. I would like to get some printable worksheets on it so i know I am studying the right things and just to freshen my memory before the class starts. The class is in august. I e-mailed my teacher and she said the reason it is summer reading is to see if I can comprehend a book on my own. Which i can. But this book is.. well.. i don't like it.. and im having trouble getting into it and retaining the knowledge. so if ANYONE has any link or anything for me to find some free printable worksheets on the fountainhead. i would GREATLY appreciate it!!!!

I am going to college in a week or so, and I am having trouble making a decision! I received a scholarship to Wellesley College near Boston, but I live about 3,000 miles away from there! I don't know a soul in Boston or any where near there, for that matter. Should I go to that school because of its prestige? Now here is the problem. I have also recieved a scholarship to a college closer to home. Maybe about 200 miles away. This school is an arts school, and I am hoping to learn animation. Wellesley is not an arts school. . .Should I stay home (keep my family happy) or go because attending Wellesley would be an honor? I received full-scholarships to both.

Just curious...I've got a two year old son, go to school full time and I have a full time job. I still get my homework done, by myself. What I really get annoyed at though is when someone has a genuine question for help that gets completly ignored. Go figure.

Okay, so i applied for my school newspaper and didn't make it, but i'm a really good writer only i like to write about fashion, beauty, fitness.etc and sometimes articles about poverty and immigration and the like. I really want to work for a magazine when I grow up maybe become editor one day. Also there's this internship at a magazine and I really want to apply, but to do so you have to write in and submit articles you've written,so i have 2 questions..1)What can I do about the articles thing(other than reapply i already know this) 2) If I where to write at a magazine would they accept me even if I wasn't on my school newspaper but took Jouranlism and majored in English and writing

Or did you write your own? Are there any websites or resources for free curriculums or curriculum guides?

My daughter is 4 and she's really interested in letters and numbers so I want to fly with it. However, I'd love to see a kindergarten curriculum to see a plan of action knowing we'll be starting it soon anyway.

I've searched like crazy online and only seem to find links to things that cost. Oh, and we live in Georgia. Thanks for any info.
