I think numbers look more like each other than letters do, I often find that I get a 3 mixed for a 5 or an 8 or a 6 for a 9. I guess it would be more difficult to diagnose if you weren't looking for it, as you can see wrong spelling but not someone getting numbers confused.

I have a 3.6-3.7GPA unweighted, I've taken a lot of honors classes, and I've been an exchange student and done a few, though not an impressive amount, of activities and some volunteer work. Does anyone have any tips on filling out applications/ essays to stand out, in a good way, or studying for the SATs efficiently?

I can understand what "have the rules" means
I think that press didn't say about president's privacy...(affairs), right? (writer called that as a rule...??)

I don't know why writer put "it had".
What is the role of that phrase???
