Just be yourself, straight forward, tell them what you're like. Don't shoot some cheeseball answer off of the top of your head because it's what you "think" they want you to hear. Job execs are interviewing you for a reason, because you have a shot at showing them you belong on their payroll. The absolute wrong thing you can do is to tell them some generic answer, in my opinion.

You aren't this short on answers when you're asking someone out on a date are you? Be the man, tell them what you're about and quit asking about generic answers to straight-forward questions.

when I was hiring people I wanted to know, if they had any special interest that would be a benefit to my company, for interest, if they played softball, that meant they a team player and would most likely work well with other people.you never know what all a person has to offer unless you ask questions that seem to not pertain to the job they are hiring for.
