One of the problems in any military organization is the structure of the military chain of command. The strict chain of command is required because, when fighting a war, it is crucial that legitimate orders be carried out. There is usually no time for discussion, and commanders do not usually have time to explain things to the subordinates who are to carry out the orders. It is important that each subordinate communicates to his or her superior officer and not deviate from that order. It would lead to confusion if an officer would go directly to a subordinate three levels below the officer.

For my high school graduation, I will be presenting an address to the parents. I have no trouble coming up with ideas, but how do I take the next step and add the emotional punch. Any advice, conventional or unconventional, will be desired. Thanks!

I've heard there are grants like that for ppl going back to school and I'm planning on (finally) going back to school full time this september :). I'm going for computer networking, so obviously I need my own computer lol. Has anyone ever gotten one of these kinds of grants/loans?? Where can I apply? Are there books that will show me different loans like these?

I've committed to USC for next year, but I'm scared that my admission will be revoked. I'm taking 6 classes: honors physics, theology, ap english 4, ap calc bc, ap gov, and anatomy. I have A's in every class except for two... which i have C's in (ap calc and h physics). I have gotten straight A's throughout high school, so these C's are a big change. I am calling the usc office of admission when I get home from school, but I just wanted to know what my chances of having my offer revoked are before I call... thank you so much in advance!

I know it sounds ridiculous. The class is test based, & I've bombed every test to date this semester. I worked hard all semester just to fail in the end. I go to community college right now and am planning to transfer to a renown four-year university. I'm trying to get into med school. At this point, what can I do to still remain competitive for med school? Have any med school students out there failed a class as an undergrad?

Hi,
I'm doing evaluating trigonometric functions and the answer can not be left as a decimal so,
if I get an answer like
5/(5 squareroot of 5) how is it in the simplest form?
the book says:

(squr. root of 5) / 5

How did they get that?

The same thing with 10 / (5 sqr. root 5)
to which the answer is said to be (2 sqr. root 5) / 5

How did they get the #1 and #2 que.

A big thank you!
