What are well paying jobs for people with a business degree right out of college?

Target. They pay ETL's (Executive Team Leaders) $43,000+ depending on the market that you're in (California would be more) and they have a great benefits package. In 3 years you could easily run your own store and have a 6 figure income. An ETL is basically an assistant store manager.

If you had some basic accounting as part of your business degree program, look into Internal Auditing (in particular working for a college or university--very nice environment, primarily operational audits focusing on internal controls). You may be able to get hired as a staff auditor, and then take the Certified Internal Auditor exam (the CPA of internal auditing). Another plus of working for a university--you could then probably pursue a masters free of charge.
