I am planning on taking the MCAT in a year or so. Due to personal issues I have been out of school for a couple years while working full time. I know I will need to hit the books hard in bio, chem, o chem, and physics to review for the MCAT. I don't want to pay $1400 for a Kaplan or Princeton review course. Does anyone have any advice or specific strategies for me?

I have heard about government giving grants to people for several different reasons.

What are some site that arent scams?


has anybody had grants personally?
Do I automatically get a check in the mail if i qualify?

I've looked but everywhere i go you have to buy some CD or Book, can i get around that?

my friend has to take a class thats 6 weeks long, very intensive on writitng research papers. she has to share it with the class and do tons of homework. writing is her least favorite thing, she hates showing other people her writing, plus she is a year younger that anyone elso there. please help!!! it starts next week!!
