Albert Einstein said : If you want different results, don't always do the same thing.(Si buscas resultados distintos, no hagas siempre lo mismo). Basically, I try not to always do the same thing this year, I know there are some things I have to change this year, but I don't know what, that's why I need useful advice from you.
You can give me any advice on how to manage time, money or anything or you can just say things like, work harder or want less.
Your advice would be appreciated.

if at first you don't succeed, dust yourself off and try again.
the answer to this question depends on what it is you want to change :)
regardless of that though, learning to prioritize is key.
