Hi, i have recently completed (Masters in Information Systems) in Australia and now searching for a job, i want to go in to testing field can any one suggest me how can I learn about the testing tools like (Test Director, Win runner) online. When I searched in google I could only get the information like what is the use of that tool etc but can’t get information of how to use that tool and download that tool. Ok... ummm.. .I have to do a report about a Hero/Heroine and so I decided to do Elizabeth Blackwell. IT's easy to find the general details of why you like someone, but not as easy to fit it into the format required by the writing.

So I wanted to know if anyone knew any character TRAITS that would qualify her to be a good heroine...

So far I have Determined , Intelligent and Independent...

BUT are Determined and Independent the same things kindof ??

I really want to work in a university (or high school) with students who want to study abroad. but I can't find ANYTHING. What do I say to people who are against me homeschooling my kids and cite the ancient "socialization" myth as their reasoning? I know that no amount of logic can make people see what is right in front of their faces (or make them magically start thinking in THIS century), but I am so sick of this ancient reason to question homeschool.

I have searched with no luck, on how to do this.
We live out in the country the school is small
The superintendent will not give me the time of day.
My Son is an average boy 15 and most all his teachers like him
He DOSE not gets out and run the streets we have farm animals and he helps out.
He is very good at using the words Yes sir or yes maam.
He has never ever had an encounter with the police. And yes lots of girls like him .
And we even invite the parents over if there is a need. And he is ok with that…
Almost sounds like I need the A team to help me. The school is locked they do as they please one time I had to pay 25 dollars because the Bus driver thought he mad a mark on the back of the school bus seat , he the driver even told me he did not see my son do it and no one told him he did it but it was his opinion . the superintendent took my money .
Now it’s a detention this year this teacher told him 1 minute after coming into class to be quit- ( he had just said hi t
