I have searched with no luck, on how to do this.
We live out in the country the school is small
The superintendent will not give me the time of day.
My Son is an average boy 15 and most all his teachers like him
He DOSE not gets out and run the streets we have farm animals and he helps out.
He is very good at using the words Yes sir or yes maam.
He has never ever had an encounter with the police. And yes lots of girls like him .
And we even invite the parents over if there is a need. And he is ok with that…
Almost sounds like I need the A team to help me. The school is locked they do as they please one time I had to pay 25 dollars because the Bus driver thought he mad a mark on the back of the school bus seat , he the driver even told me he did not see my son do it and no one told him he did it but it was his opinion . the superintendent took my money .
Now it’s a detention this year this teacher told him 1 minute after coming into class to be quit- ( he had just said hi t

I hate to say this, but your only recourse may be to retain an attorney.  A firmly-worded letter may be sufficient, but you should be ready to sue.  You should certainly go to small claims to get your money back.

I also hate to recommend surveillance, but if another classmate can capture an incident like this on a video, it will go a long way to establish your claim that the school is acting out of malice.  Get two incidents if you can.

in case you prefer to report a grievance, visit the tax preparer's boss, to the business enterprise for which he/she works in case you prefer to report something showing compliance of tax preparer, do the comparable
