The easiest and cheapest thing to use would be clothing detergent. You cold buy or use white t-shirt material. There are many pre-treaters at Dollar Tree. Just make sure you keep a constant that you put through the same cleaning procedure (scrubbing and washing, etc) but don't use any products on.
Good luck!

Ok I know this from personal experience. Take koolaid, drop a drop or two on your counter let it set awhile. ( you probably want two spots) Then after it has set use Clorox kitchen spray, on one ( that is the one that will clear it up) then on the other use pinesol ( it won't clear it up lol) then go back when your done of course and clean it with the clorox kitchen clean up spray. You can get that pretty cheap... and you don't have to use pine sol as your second one but I know it doesnt clear the koolaid stain.

this is very difficult...why becuase a good project has a measrable responce ..yu need to translate the result to a number...very hard to do with cleaning products but you can grade them by 3 people looking at them to get a number 1-10 ,

You might compare WIndex to another generic window cleaner. :D
