Or
Duh (short u)

Please tell me, I hear so many variations.

"Welcome to de ten o clock news"
"Did you see duh movie?"

Please tell me the correct form.

"The" can be pronounced either way. But in practice,
I always remember it as:

"thEE" ocean
but
"thUH" sea

Long E before vowels
Short u before consonants (unless you are emphasizing
"the" as in saying someone is "THEE" best!)

That is just how it tends to come out when people talk normally.

Monga. If it have been pronounce "mainga" it would be spelled "Meinga", because of the fact the "a" sound constantly makes an "Ah" sound. So the two the 1st and 2d "a" would make the "ah" sound.
