yes, i think you can go to collegeboard.com and sign up for it there

Yes you can, just go to the nearest high school and get the application. Or you can also search SAT online, I know there is a website where you can fill the application out.

Yes, you can take it as many times as you want to pay for it.

I think you can, but you have to pay a fee of $20 or something.
