Muslim can be spelt 'fashionably' as in Moslem, except some people are limited to just the one word Muslim in their vocabulary. Ref:http://www.tiscali.co.uk/reference/encyclopaedia/hutchinson/m0009781.html for the word Moslem which means:Alternative spelling of Muslim, a follower of Islam.

Moslem is simply less commonly used, but not a misspelled word!
Anyone cares to add to any other variation of the word Muslim, its spelling.
On the other hand, it's and its are totally 2 different meanings. A classic eg. I quote some fashionable person's question:
"Is it okay for a muslim girl to wear a knee length skirt to school?
it is an all girls school/its the uniform" - in this case, the "its" used should be 'it's'. Grammar is as important as spelling! Perhaps? Or fashion is still more important and arrogantly states oneself, as in the case of a "fashionistaqt's"?
