In freshman year, our IB (a learning community) told us students to take as many honors and AP courses as we could next (sophomore) year. i got this form from the Educational Assistance Council National Research and Processing Center and i want to know if it is fake or not?
it charges me 50 bucks with the applcation and says it i am fully eligible for the aid (scholorships, grants, and finincal aid)

also, the school is supposed to help me apply for finincial aid when i start my senior year in 2 months, right?
