Well, the higher your GPA, the more likely you are to get chosen. And being a white male, it really needs to be high because most universities will choose a minority or white female over a white male with the same GPA.

Your GPA shows how hard you are willing to work at your degree!

I have a cousin who is going to medical school and she got accepted even though she had 3.8 GPA, though it was harder than others who had a higher GPA.

If you show you really want to do this, then colleges will accept you, just show your background, such as community service and all the activities you have done in your past.

Its dependant on the school, but must be high these days.
