Other - Dining Out

I work in a restaurant and working with the public sometimes is such a challange. I get people that come in and are on there cell phones that is so rude you can't you finish your conversation then come in? They complain because it's either to hot or to cold, they dont want to sit where I put them, they complain about the prices, they complain about the food not being to there liking. And some people are just plan @$$holes. My question is WHY?? If you have seen the movie Waiting it is completely true. As they say in the movie don't f**k with people who mess with your food. I would never be that rude when I go to a restaurant. I could write a book on all the rude people that come in. It makes me sick. Some days are worse then others. I think everyone in the world should work in a restaurant at least once in there life. Then they would see how it feels.

It was a soup and salad bar. They had awesome homemade soups and very fresh salads. I only seen one restaurant in El Paso, TX approx 10 years ago. I was told it was a chain.

I am thinking of opening a Restuarant geared towards truckers.. I would like to get feedback from people on the road of what they would like best.. Im sure it would need to be something fast.. but do you prefer a hamberger or after all that driving.. do you want a real meal?.. also wondering if offering a place for showers and phones would be a good idea?

I was at a restaurant and really enjoying myself when I looked down and seen MAGGOTS crawling on my plate. I hate MAGGOTS and I have not been able to sleep eat or do anything without getting the picture of the MAGGOTS in my food out of my head. I sometimes / often think they are going to come out of my skin, my bowels and everything,just writing this is giving me the heebie jeebies. when i cook for my children i'm constantly looking eveywhere for them my life has completly changed. I think i have been scard for life can someone help me. tell me what can i do quick I even went to a psychiatris. i'm glad I found this site because people tell me i am over exxagerating but this is one of my fears. how do you conquer your fears HHHHHHHHEEEEELLLPPPPPPP! I search everything i think they are everywhere. sweat overcome my body my heart begins to race i scream cry it's a horrible feeling.
