well, if u are serious ... it is not an occupation at all.. as someone mentioned previously, it is a sexual act where one partner licks, sucks, blows, orally stimulates the other person's anus (the exit hole)... it is for sexual pleasure and i am sure some people find it satisfactory and other find it displeasing...hope that helps

if you're good at it i suppose it would be a great career for you. guys would probably throw money at you left and right. maybe even take you out to eat. lol
