It IS a chain, however it's pretty hard to find. We used to have a few in the Boston area, and the two I knew of have recently closed.

The best one I've been to was in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There are several in Dallas, Tx, but not that great.

Eat in a couple in San Antonio. Neither was worth going back to. However, I used to go to one in Jacksonville, Fl. that was great.

Yes, we have them in Austin. I think they are awful. The salad greens are usually wilted and it is overpriced!
