Since I live in China, I have really enjoyed most of them.
But, I like the Bar-B-Q chicken feet. I also like the pigs feet prepared with bamboo shoots. For an exotic taste, the civic cat taste nice prepared with fried rice. You can substitute the civic cat with deep fried frogs.
(From these, I really can't pick)

I'm in Hong Kong, we have so so many good Chinese Food!!!
My favorite is Roast Goose (Cantonese style), freshly roasted one.. i love the crispy skin and especially the breast! yummy!!!!!

Other than Roast Goose, Peking Duck is nice too
