I have a desire to be a waitress. I am not afraid of hard work. But I AM afraid of verbal abuse by customers...especially drunks.
What advice can you give me?

This is a serious question. It's my dad's birthday and I'm taking him out for dinner. He wants to go one restaurant in particular. The problem is, I don't like going to buffets because I can't eat a lot in one sitting and I never feel as if I'm getting my money's worth. Honestly, I don't feel like paying 25 bucks for my plate when I can only eat a plate and a half (tops) Never have room for desert. suggestions plz!!!!!!

What's your favorite holiday & why?? I don't exept Halloween and just say because....
That's rude so please don't do that!
I say mine is Christmas and Halloween.. Christmas because your celebrating ♥ for jesus and it is also very fun to spend time with the "FAMILY"!
Halloween because you get to have parties, adn go to Haunted Houses.. LOL!
What's your favorite Holiday??

Just been out for an anniversary meal. Food great, service going well until dessert. From when we finished main course, it was 25 mins until order for dessert taken, and another 25 minutes until it arrived - ie 50 mins total between courses. Complained to management but they said they deliberately 'slowed things down' after the main course (although apparently not at other tables...). Was this service unreasonable...?

It's really cheap their prices are always below $6.00

And their super value menu is extremely cheap to what they give, why is it so cheap? Starbucks Coffee Shops are more expensive than Taco Bell's stores, and they sell coffee! It's not suppose to be in the other way?

My fiancee never went to prom and I dont necessarily want to remake prom night for him. I do, however, want us to be able to really dress up and get beautiful as though it was prom night? It may sound confusing but I want us to be really upscale together. Any places, events, or ideas???
