Thin and Crispy. I once ordered the pan pizza and the dough wasn't cooked all the way when they delivered it and I had to put it in the oven and finish cooking it myself.

I will tell you what I think ,wait a minute you get pan pizza too Wow or is that just me and my ADHD talking anyway I definatly choose pan pizza crust I hate thin and crispy the only way any food shoul be crispy is if it is butter/toast.

Pan. I love thin crust normally, however Pizza Hut's thin crust has NO FLAVOR.....if you're going for P-Hut----Go PAN:-) Other, more authenic pizzeria's, I would say go thin however!
