HOW do you men get up the courage to ask a woman out?

i am a disabled and i havent got the damn courage. GRRRR

You have to approach it from a different perspective otherwise the thought of asking the girl out will make you nuts.

So here is what you do.

Once you are engaged in a good conversation or telling a witty joke...getting her to smile...think about her as a friend instead of as a potential girlfriend.

Have a plan AND a backup in your mind of something fun you both can do. Perhaps going to the art mueseum or Zoo or something that will be interesting but still allow you to communicate with each other.

Don't duel on how you are going to ask her. Do it just like you are talking to your best buddy. "Hey you know what I want to do that I haven't done in years? Go to the Zoo." You say.
See how she reacts. If she says ya I havent been to the zoo and would like to go...wham you are in. If not...well initiate plan B buddy.

Courage comes from the inside, your the one that decides if your a stud or a loser, it dosen't mater if your disabled or anything. You just gotta be bold, and smove. real smove...... if you like that special someone then don't be afraid to ask her out or talk to her, introduce yourself and start a conversion with her, who knows that woman might be the right one as long as you act smove and calm then everything would be fine.

i would try to get and know her first, if she seem like she is nice to you and like you. just ask her like a man.
