You see like them or hate them they are the most popular eating place in the world.

The majority of their punters are children usually with parents. All the parents want to do is get the process of takeing kids McDoos feed them and then get the hell out of there.

No one has the real time to study just whats goiing on in there and when it comes to kids eating when did you ever see a kid going to the manager to complain a bout a food safety issue.

But the fact remains that some kids tummy problems developing later could be attributed to the very fact that the food is served from these disgusting trays and the complete lack of control over cleaning the place down.

They could be for all we know just as dangerous as some hospitals in the UK where cleanliness is not what it always should be.

The other day I went into McDonald's in the UK. and ordered some food but was horrified to notice that when they served the meal they place it on a unwashed used tray.

A tray is place on the counter, with a paper cover on the tray.
They then place the food on this and although the burger comes wrapped the chips or french fries lay haf open touching the unclean tray so what a health hazzard this is.

I then watch a young assistant take a cloth wipe up a drink from the floor then wipe the disposal area and finnally proceed to wipe all the trays down with the same cloth.UUGH !!

So I got the finished cups, wrappings and tray and binned the lot and that what we should all do.

I am not having a go at McDonald's but they are the biggest worldwide and should know better and I suppose they get more stick than the rest.

The McDonald' in Question was at Lymm services off the M6 in Cheshire England. so beware

There is a new Quizno's in our town, and after I tried it for the first time, I was hooked! It is more expensive, but well worth it. My favorites are the turkey, ranch and swiss and the mesquite chicken with bacon. It's like a gourmet sub vs. Subway's cold meat sandwich like you could make at home. But I have never really prefered Subway, can someone tell me why it is so great? It's fairly expensive too.

I never knew why hamburger is called that way when it's not ham, but beef. It should be called a "beef patty" burger instead, but why do we call it hamburger?
