You see like them or hate them they are the most popular eating place in the world.

The majority of their punters are children usually with parents. All the parents want to do is get the process of takeing kids McDoos feed them and then get the hell out of there.

No one has the real time to study just whats goiing on in there and when it comes to kids eating when did you ever see a kid going to the manager to complain a bout a food safety issue.

But the fact remains that some kids tummy problems developing later could be attributed to the very fact that the food is served from these disgusting trays and the complete lack of control over cleaning the place down.

They could be for all we know just as dangerous as some hospitals in the UK where cleanliness is not what it always should be.

Yes, although they clean the trays, it is like they are using the same clothe that is use to clean spill chilli sauce, drinks, etc to clean another tray. Germs and bacterias that are on the trays or clothe are spread from one tray to another. No sanitizer was used. Even if they spray a solution over the tray, we can't be sure it is just water or sanitizer.

People don't eat off the trays but what about those who pour their french fries out on the tray to share? Although there are paper that are put on the tray, is that hygienic enough?

Not only are those in MacDonald's not thoroughly clean, maybe other fast food or restaurants are not practicing clean hygiene. As long as nobody complain of any food poisoning, the establishment will take things for granted till then.

I think we would know if McDonald's was responsible for spreading any kind of illness. Most of it is served in those containers and doesn't touch the trays, they are just there to carry the stuff on. If it's a happy meal then most parent put it on a napkin on the table thus avoiding contact with the table or trays. It's isn't just children who eat there a lot of business people do because it's quick. Whenever I have been in McDonald's there is always someone cleaning, ok, I'm not sure how well, but they do clean.

I hate MacDonalds the food is rancid over cooked and left out for nearly 30 minutes before you get it, the lettuce is soggy, the fries are tastless the whole place is filthy and covered with germs and there's always some snotty individual with an IQ of about 76 serving you who acts like they are vastly superior to you!

Use the paper liner they put on the tray. It is as clean as the paper the wrap the burger in. And the tray is probably cleaner than the table.
