Being a professional truck driver I have the opportunity to visit both restaurants frequently and my personal opinion is that Wendy's has better food and for the same price. Remember that Wendy's has a dollar menu just like McDonald's does, and Wendy's offers a choice of five other products besides fries with a combo meal.

Wendy's is overall the better place. I'm a fan of the burgers and the spicy chicken sandwich. One area where McDonald's is superior to everyone is the fries.

I'm partial to Wendy's chili. I also like the occasional extra gooey big mac as well. If I had to choose I'd go with Wendy's.
