burgers need to be bigger with fresher toppings. Other than that they have the best fries in the world.

I like McDonalds but my complaints would have to be:
*They mess up the order almost every time I go in, a week ago they gave me the wrong order..... twice!! I had to get my sleeping 5 month old baby out of the car to go in because the drive thru was so long that I wasn't going to sit in it again just for them to fix my order.
*I LOVE their french fries but a lot of times they are soggy or the oil tastes fishy. Its when they are crispy and with fresh oil that they are my favorite.

I filed a complaint against a local McDonalds restaraunt because a employee threw my change at me and said my car looked like a piece of ****. But then I felt bad because I later found out that her husband was cheating on her....who actually happened to be a supervisor there...talk about bad luck!!! LOL.

sometime the staff is too smart out of the mouth in Richmond,va
and they think it is a fashion show with false hair and nails which don't wear no hair nets any more or remove fingernail polish before work.
they should have a lesson on how to talk to people and the manager ain't no better
For the mcdonald in the 2000 block of Broad Street in Richmond,VA the manager can't control her employee, they tell her what they are going to do and what thet are not going to do
I have never seen anything like it in my life.
As for manager she let them any thing but the uniform by mcDonald and tell she better be glad that they come to work.
They need to send someone from the office to check things out under cover.

Cold food or wrong orders. Actually by biggest peeve is when you go to the drive thru late at night and they are running their credit reports and you order and go up to the window and hand them your check or credit card and they tell you that their machines are down and they can only take cash. WELL WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME THAT BEFORE I ORDERED! That drives me nuts though I e-mailed their complaint service about it once and got some free food and several letters from different levels of management in the mcd's empire.

Well I have always said that if you combine Burger King burgers and McDonalds fries you would have the perfect fast food restaurant.
My complaint would be that they are making the burgers smaller and the prices higher.

The taste and quality has gone downhill over the years. The experience between different 'restaurants' varies widely even in a given region. It's heavy on grease and salt and light on flavor. In most cases, I'd just as soon have a cup of convenience store coffee and a handful of crackers as eat at McD's.

Every time (and I mean every time) I have a burger, gristles can be found between my gums and cheeks or between my teeth afterward. I guess chewing the food is like pre-screening it, and the gristles never pass the test and have to be manually removed and discarded.
Also, have you noticed that the McFlurry machine is down a lot in the summer time? No matter what town we are in at the time, it is bound to be down.

The only serve breakfast til 10, on weekends 10:30.
They charge you $.20 for a slice of tomato, and then forget to put it on your burger.
