subway or quiznos sandwiches....

from taco bell you can get a bean burrito or the zesty chiken bowl (substitute hot sauce for dressing)

long john silvers also has a baked fish meal

if you get a chick fila combo with fruit instead of fries, it's fairly healthy......

also, sonic has grilled chicken wraps or grilled cheese sandwiches.....

It depends where you live.... I'm guessing you're in the US (?) but I'm from Australia so I can only answer for here!
Alongside the Subway low-fat sandwiches we also have an Aussie chain called 'Jester's Pies' which has great jaffle pies (with puff pastry) that have the 'Heart Foundation Tick' (has to meet specific standards for salt, fat, calories etc.). Also McDonalds Australia has introduced a healthier range which has undergone a strict re-vamp to get the Heart Foundation Tick. If you're interested in checking out the meals see link below.
Another good option is Nando's Portuguese-style chicken, which I think is pretty much worldwide... If you choose wise options, i.e. Quarter of peri-peri / lemon & herb chicken (and take the skin off) with garden salad (I know, you don't like salad but it's good for you!) you'll get a tasty meal that's low in fat. Their pita burger is also reasonably healthy - low-fat, lower GI bread. Just don't opt for chips or the somewhat oily rice.
As Australia is in the midst of an obesity crisis at the moment (I suppose second to the US!) most fast-food restaurants are getting their act together and offering healthier choices which is great for the consumer. I agree with others who answered this question though - fast food should only be an occasional choice, however 'healthy' it seems.

Subway is a low calorie fast food meal. I would rather eat subway if I am watching my caloric intake. See website for meal builder, build your own meal and order online and pick up at store close to your area..

Wendy's Chili is about 300 calories, and 5 grams of fat. Not bad.
At McDonalds, you can get a chicken sandwich, grilled, not fried, and without mayo. Thats low calorie and low fat. And pretty tasty.
Pretty much alot of places have that grilled chicken sandwich . Just make sure to order without cheese or mayo. Also their yoghurt parfait, is really yummy, and its only 130 calories, and 1 gram of fat. For breakfast at McDonalds, get a egg mcmuffin. It comes with egg, cheese, canadian bacon. Just say no cheese or sauce, or butter. And its yummy. Or a bagel sandwich...just no cheese or meat, or butter. And it still tastes good. Also at McDonalds, they have that chicken wrap , its grilled chicken and honey mustard sauce. Low fat and low calorie.

Wendy's chili... and thats probably about it. Though I did just read in some magazine recently that Wendy's has a veggie baked potato that you can eat as a side with the chili that will make a healthy meal.

try any sandwich, or any meat, just make sure it is grilled or broiled. no fried stuff. ask if u can subsitute miracle whip or light mayo instead of fatty regular mayo. dont get fried things like fries or curly fries or onion rings for the side...get a baked potato or veggies. good things are like grilled chicken sandwhiches, broiled haddock fish, turkey burgers. also for drinks..get a diet soda or milk or water. milkshakes are ok once in a while but not all the time.

Burgers and fries are the worst. Try and avoid cheese and mayo. I eat subway club (no cheese and no oil) , chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, chicken tacos (no sour cream), cold deli sandwiches are good too - I just try and avoid, like I said, the creamy condiments ans cheeses. Also, not too much pop either. OH! My favorite is the turkey sandwich from Chili's or Quiznos - YUM! I don't really like turkey, but there is something so good about theirs. Try it! Also, instead of fries, try baked Doritos - They are really good.

grilled chicken sandwiches are good.
There are a lot of deli foods that are low calorie. Soups are a good choice to, just be aware of the salt in them.

any place that has subs or salads (but no hamburgers) since salads are really good. You get to choose if you want salad dressing with and if you want lite dressing (that is if you want dressing with your salad).
