ok, im bout to set up a new cell phone with AT&T and im actually reading the service agreement before a go through with it and in the agreement is says "Except as provided below, monthly service and certain other charges are billed one month in advance, and there is no proration of such charges if service is terminated on other than the last day of your billing cycle" now to me its saying that if my cycle is from lets say december 5 to january 5 they will send me a bill on december 5 charging me for the cycle of december 5 to january 5, even though my cycle isnt over yet. is that what it means? any at&t fromaly known as cingular customers please explain this to me, cuz ive heard and read alot of complaints from people who have said they have been double billed or double charged by at&t formaly known as cingular and were expected to pay 2 bills. thnx a million!

i got a sony ericsson w580i for christmas but my dad wants me to get a cover for it, just so it doesn't break. its black with orange buttons. theres different colors on ebay that im trying to decided between, what color do you think i should get? and also should i get a silicon one or a hard cover?

I'm about to get a new phone from T-Mobile and as I was scouring their phones I ran across the T-Mobile Shadow and kind of fell in love. It's appears pretty solid but I would like an opinion from someone who knows what it's actually capable of. I like to text constantly and get on Myspace every now and again. I need a phone that has picture messaging. Someone told me that MMS phones have picture messaging on it, someone else said that's not correct. I'm confused can someone who is 100% sure let me know. I thought MMS stood or Multi-Media Messaging. The person said yes thats correct but it could mean a message with a picture and text underneath with maybe a voice message attached also. Does MMS mean the phone has Picture messaging? Also, a website says a phone has downloadable ringtones, does that mean I can download music which I can use only/strictly for ringtones? Im currently on a verizon family plan with my parents and we are switching over to AT&T they are getting RAZRs and me an iPhone. If they get their phones activated before mine can i go through itunes and add my iPhone line to their AT&T account and keep my previous number from verizon?

The only ones I know of are Virgin Mobile and the AT&T GoPhone. But the Virgin coverage area is pretty terrible here and the GoPhone seems expensive.

What other options are there?
How's the service? Coverage area? Pricing?
