I want to buy a sidekick, but it's expensive so i might just buy it from someplace other than tmobile. would i have to pay a fee for that? i'm on a 2 yr agreement that started in april of this year and i haven't changed my phone since igot my agreement

1. Is it illegal for teahers to confiscate cellphones, ipods, etc, for more than 24hrs?

2. Is it illegal for teachers to look through the files of your cellphone, during the time it is confiscated?

3. Are we (Students, K-12) allowed to take legal action if it is confiscated for more than the period of 24 hrs?

4. Please tell your experiences like this. I need information on this. If it did get confiscated, when did you get it back?

5. If a teacher looks through a confiscate dcellphone, ipod, ect.
Are they violating a citzin's privacy rights?
