The sidekick III has many manuals online for the operation of the unit. Has anyone ever found a dissassembly or parts list for the unit and how to take it apart to repair the power charger?

T-mobile (the provider) does not sell or provide them to end-users. Sharp who makes the unit does not provide them to anyone but T-mobile. Danger who wrote the OS doesn't have any relevant information as they merely license the Sidekick OS to Sharp who assembles the unit.

Asking the provider is pretty worthless :P

They have those all over the Net. Google, Yahoo!, etc. Your phone company will not have it because they would prefer you take it to them so they can fix it or make you buy a new one.

This is what I found:

(Good pictures)

And that should do it. You can find more from Google.
