I'm interested in getting a Ocean phone from Helio, but I got this one guy who'd give it to me much cheaper than what they're selling it for online, but would rather buy it online. Is there any current promotional codes that I could use??? Please help quickly!

On helio's web sight they are doing the $50 off any device. That makes the Ocean $199.00 there http://www.helio.com/page?p=devices#devices_ocean . After the first of the year this promotion will go away and they will offer refurbished Oceans again for $99.00.
