I'm trying to get videos into my Helio Ocean. I know I need a converter to convert my videos, but which video converter actually works and works well?

On Helio's web sight http://www.helio.com/page?p=support_downloads_player the new helio player was released. Download it and it works great for the Ocean: pic's, music, and video conversion and transferring.
Okay back to HelioCity web sight: on the home page there is a link to GUIDES. Click it. Pick video conversion link. Click it than choose your OS (XP is it!). Then this guide explains the programs need to convert and play.
