Purchased N95 off eBay?

Am I still covered by Nokia's warranty. The phone was brand new.

yes but you must register the phone www.clubnokia.co.uk. for 12 month warranty repairs . i have done it loads of times good luck

Not if you bought it second-hand.

The warranty is only valid for the original owner. Once it's been sold on it's no longer guaranteed, even if it was sold unused.
