ok my pay as u go cell phone was deactivated and it says we need a new SIM card for a cingular phone can u buy new ones for a cell phone that is pay as u go? and if u can where i live in rockford illinois

You can get one at a Cingular store. But I think all Cingular is AT&T Wireless now. So I would find that and talk to someone there.
They should be able to get you a new SIM card for cheap or hopefully free.
You may also be able to get a new SIM card at places like Wal-Mart, Costco, K-Mart, ect.. Anouther good place is in the local mall.

whi is your cell provider call them first.
tell them you added $$ to get minutes and need the sim card updated. they can do this over the phne, or will send you to the local store to get a new one. no charge to you.
