I ordered a phone with my upgrade discount, but I changed my mind about the phone. I called verizon and told them that I dont want that phone and decided to order the chocolate instead using my upgrade discount. They said everything is taken cared of, but I was sent TWO phones...the one I tried to cancel and the chocolate that I wanted. If i want to activate one but give the other phone to a family member, will they find out and force me to pay retail for one if I do not return it? It's their mistake so I am just considering this. If you have an answer, please let me know if you think this is do-able.

Ok on feb 14th there was a huge icestorm and that night as it was winding down I aparently dropped my phone out int he PK lot of my job. Well just yesterday someone found it but the screen has alot of fogging and has some water in it. This phone is not made with a sim card and aparently it was laying face down. What strikes me as odd is this phone had to have been run over since it was fund right behind someones tire. It is in almost perfect condition other then the fogged screen. I took the battery out and placed it infront of the heater under my desk.

Am I doing the right thing?
Does anyone think it can be saved?
Any other suggestions?

when i connect to the main computer by dialing their main number, i connect to some comptuer and lady speaks to press 1 to get ur balance or press 9 to talk to operator.

how does that computer know which key i have pressed, all i send is a beep?

I was recently given a used cell phone. It is better than the one I'm currently using so I did what a friend told me.... I switched the SIM card from my phone to the new phone. But, when I do that all the numbers and contacts from the previous owner of the phone show up. I thought that stuff was stored on the SIM card. I realize I'm wrong now but can someone please explain to me how it works and what I need to do to start using the newer phone? Thanks!

I read that it is possible to track a mobile phone. I visited the website PhoneTrace and don't really know if it works, I tested it but the screen stuck on loading. I want to know if the PhoneTrace works or if there is a free alternative?

i accidently deleted a text message, but didnt save the persons mobile number,and have no way to get it back.
